Triple S Sports ships to the lower 48 States via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. We strive to ship all in-stock orders within 24 hours from when the order is placed. Your tracking information will be sent to you via email or text message when the order ships. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update depending on the shipping company's website. In some instances, products may take longer to ship. We will notify you if that is the case. Triple S Sports is not responsible for shipping delays or mistakes made by UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Large items such as Field Equipment or Nets, may require additional shipping charges. For any Next-Day or 2-Day shipping requests, please contact us via phone or email for information before placing your order.
Refunds & Returns
Products may be returned, accompanied by original receipt, within 15 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags still attached and in unused condition. Bats must have original wrapper on the barrel and be in new condition. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn. Cash refunds will only be given with a valid receipt showing the original form of payment for purchase as cash. All credit card purchases will be refunded back to the original credit card that merchandise was purchased on. All check purchases will be refunded 14 days after the original check has cleared; check refunds will be done in the form of a mailed check. Triple S Sports is not responsible for shipping charges on items that are returned.
To Return an item that was purchased online, please email us at Info@triple-s-sports.com to receive a Return Authorization Number.
All Non-Wood Bats come with a One-Year Manufacturer's Warranty. The warranty process is done though the manufacturer's website or customer service telephone number. For example: Louisville, Easton, Demarini, Marucci, Rawlings, and Victus all have their Warranty form on a link at the bottom of their Home Webpage. Triple S Sports is not responsible for or able to exchange any broken bats. The Bat Manufacturers will need a copy of your receipt of purchase, which we provide with every order. If you lose that receipt, we will be happy to send you another copy via email.
Some other products do have manufacturer warranties as well. That information can be found on the product manufacturer's website.
We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy at any given time. If you want to make sure that you are up to date with the latest changes, we advise you to frequently visit this page.
