All metal bats come with a one (1) year manufacturer’s warranty. Returns for broken bats must be processed through the manufacturer’s website or by calling their customer service department. Triple S Sports is not responsible for nor able to exchange broken bats. You will need the receipt from your purchase to process a claim. We will be happy to provide you with another copy of the receipt should you need it.
In addition, most bat companies provide a limited warranty on their wood bats, usually for 30 days and with certain conditions. Access the following links to see the various policies and to acquire a return form.
